Topic: “Training and Tools for Contact Center/ Front Line Staff: SOGI and LEP”

At our next DEI Cohort Webinar session, we will hear from Ryzell McKinney, Director of Access Technology, as he shares the Call Center Agent trainings being incorporated at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This webinar will share the education and resources in place to address patient’s sexual orientation/gender identity and patients with limited English proficiency during the scheduling process. We will discuss how to measure the efficacy of these policies and how patient self-service tools and resources can be customized for certain populations.
