Acceptance of Terms

 

The Services that Patient Access Symposium, LLC, doing business as Patient Access Collaborative (“PAC”, “we” or “us”), provides to you are subject to these Terms of Use (“TOU”).  We reserve the right to update and modify these TOU at any time without notice to you.  The most current version of these TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” hypertext link at the bottom of our web pages.  When we make updates to these TOU, we will update the date at the top of this page.  By using our website after a new version of TOU has been posted, you agree to the terms of such new version.

 

Limitation on Use of Benchmark Information

 

All information labeled as “benchmarks” anywhere on our website, or that you otherwise receive from us, are only for your organization’s internal use.  You also may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any such information, except for your organization’s internal use and under the confidentiality terms discussed below.

Other information, such as articles, papers, datasheets, provided on this website, or that you otherwise receive from us, may be covered by copyright law.  Therefore, please check with us before copying or otherwise using any such information outside of your organization.

 

Confidentiality

 

All information labeled as “benchmarks” anywhere on our website, or that you otherwise receive from us, are our trade secrets (as defined under Georgia law).  You will keep such information secret as long as it remains a trade secret, and will take reasonable measures to guard its secrecy to at least the level that your organization would guard its own trade secrets.  Without limiting the foregoing obligation, you will not share our trade secrets with any of your organization’s consultants or contractors.

 

Reps, Warrants, and Liability

 

We make no representations or warranties on the information or services provided by us, and they are provided “as is.”  To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim any and all warranties regarding such information and services.  Our liability is limited, in all cases, to the sum of money paid by you to us during the last 12 months.

Events

When you register for a learning event, you are doing so on your personal behalf and will not share, distribute or otherwise cause someone else to attend on your behalf.
