Join us for our 2024 Virtual Call Center Conference on February 8 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm EST.

Through this conference, you can engage with your colleagues from around the country to learn about call center management right from the convenience of your home or office. This year, we are excited to feature $1,000 worth of prizes from our industry partners. The conference is free for all PAC members, so why not join us for an amazing afternoon of education?

Nationally recognized call center experts will impart their knowledge of managing a call center to support the ambulatory enterprise. Perfect for all levels of management, this virtual conference is recommended for individuals seeking knowledge and solutions for a centralized contact center.

The virtual call center conference is free for Patient Access Collaborative members; $199 for non-members.
