Individual Member Terms of Use
These Individual Member Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern participation by individuals granted access to the Patient Access Collaborative through an Organizational Membership.
By creating an account, attending Patient Access Collaborative events, or accessing Patient Access Collaborative resources, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Materials and Benchmark Data
Benchmarking data and related materials are provided solely for internal use within the individual’s member organization. Individuals may not copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise use Patient Access Collaborative benchmarking data or materials for external purposes without prior written permission from Patient Access Collaborative.
Other Patient Access Collaborative materials may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and may not be reused, repackaged, or shared externally without authorization.
Confidentiality
- Benchmark data are Patient Access Collaborative trade secrets.
- Individuals may not share benchmarking information with consultants, vendors, contractors, or external parties.
- Online access credentials may not be shared or transferred.
Events and Registration
- Event registration is personal and may not be transferred.
- Individuals may not attend Patient Access Collaborative events on behalf of another person or allow others to attend using their registration.
Standards of Conduct
Individuals must adhere to Patient Access Collaborative’s Standards of Conduct, which require:
- Professional, respectful, and inclusive behavior
- Non-discrimination and harassment prevention
- Responsible use of technology
- Respect for intellectual property
- Constructive engagement and collaboration
Violations of the Standards of Conduct may result in removal of individual access and may have implications for the individual’s organization.
Reporting Concerns
Individuals who experience or witness conduct that may violate Patient Access Collaborative’s Standards of Conduct are encouraged to report concerns. Reports may be submitted anonymously through Patient Access Collaborative’s confidential reporting form:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use
Patient Access Collaborative may utilize generative artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools as drafting and productivity aids in the development of educational materials, communications, research summaries, and administrative content.
AI tools are used solely to assist in content development and idea generation. They are not used as decision-making systems and are not used to analyze identifiable member information.
Patient Access Collaborative does not input, upload, or share confidential, proprietary, or member-specific information into AI systems. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Member names or identifiable personnel information
- Benchmarking data or performance metrics
- Survey responses
- Financial data
- Proprietary operational documents
- Protected health information (PHI)
Member-provided data is maintained in secure systems and is not entered into public or third-party AI platforms.
All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by Patient Access Collaborative staff prior to distribution. Patient Access Collaborative retains full responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and final content of its materials.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Patient Access Collaborative materials and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Patient Access Collaborative disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Patient Access Collaborative’s liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid by the individual’s organization in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Modifications
Patient Access Collaborative may update these Terms periodically. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
