How long have you been a member of the Patient Access Collaborative?: 4 years

What do you like about being a member?: Opportunity to help the organization grow and provide better access for our patients

How has your career benefited from being a member?: Gaining skills that are essential for career success, strengthening communication skills, Improved innovation potential for our organization, growth within my team and learning ways to lead my team to success.

What tips or advice would you give new members?: If you don't know, ask. Stay organized, write things down and take breaks to ensure you don’t overwhelm yourself.

What do you love most about your job?: Meeting and connecting with new people.

What meaningful project are you working on right now?: Just completed the last and final transformation project for the Patient access center. (Transplant).

What career advice do you live by?: Maintain your work life balance.

What are your hobbies?: Playing sports and being the best mother I can be to my two amazing boys 

Where is your favorite place you've travelled?: Puerto Rico

What's a fun fact that people probably don't know about you?: My father played for the NY Yankees in the late 80 - early 90s 

Who inspires you and why?: My mother, she taught me that there are no limits to reaching your goals in life.
