Conference fees must be paid by October 1, 2025 in order to guarantee registration. If not received by October 1, 2025, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Patient Access Collaborative by October 1, 2025 in order to receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made on or after October 1, 2025 are not eligible for refunds.
