2024 Patient Access Collaborative Symposium

The 2024 Patient Access Collaborative Symposium is open for registration!  

We are excited to bring everyone together again. This year, we are hosted by Emory Healthcare in Atlanta, GA on May 14-16.

The pinnacle of the Patient Access Collaborative is our annual symposium. Hosted by one of our members, this vendor-free event brings together access leaders from across the country in a forum designed to maximize collaboration. Enjoy workshops focused on access-related issues like scheduling optimization, digital transformation, and call center management, as well a showcase of the host institution's access initiatives. The conference is not to be missed as our members present compelling solutions to the most challenging aspects of patient access.

Only members may attend our annual symposium; member institutions may send up to four registrants, one of whom must be a director level (or above).  If your institution would like to send more than 4 people, they will be placed on a waitlist pending availability.

Pricing:

• Early-bird discount - register on or before February 15:  $1,199
• Regular pricing - register between February 16 and May 1: $1,299
• Late registration - register on or after May 1: $1,499

Conference fees must be paid by April 1, 2024 in order to guarantee registration.  If not received by April 1, 2024, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Patient Access Collaborative by April 11, 2024 in order to receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made on or after April 11, 2024 are not eligible for refunds. Substitutions are welcome at no cost.  You are responsible for any cancellation fees related to your hotel and flight reservations.
