Professional Bio
Elizabeth is the founder and executive director of the Patient Access Collaborative and one of the nation’s foremost leaders in ambulatory management. With more than 30 years of experience in and alongside academic health systems, she has been at the forefront of efforts to define, standardize, and optimize ambulatory access nationwide. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a doctorate from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, bringing a unique blend of business insight, research expertise, policy understanding, and strategic acumen to her work. Her contributions have empowered health systems across the country to advance equitable, efficient access to care. An accomplished author of 18 books, Elizabeth also serves on the faculty of Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health, where she teaches and mentors the next generation of ambulatory leaders. Her strategic vision and ability to distill complexity into actionable insight are the cornerstones of PAC’s enduring impact.
