  • Award nomination form submissions through our nomination platform
  • Event registration information (name, email, dietary or accessibility preferences)
  • Payment information for event registration and certification courses (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details)
  • Content you submit to PAC Engage, our member community platform
  • Communication preferences (newsletter, event notifications)

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data (pages viewed, time on site, referring URL)

How We Use Your Information

  • Service Clinicians who operate our website, member database, community platform, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and analytic tool dashboards. These clinicians are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to PAC.
  • Other PAC members may see your name, title, and institution in the Member Directory and PAC Engage community. You can adjust your visibility preferences in your Member Compass profile.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of PAC's assets, with appropriate notice to you.

Aggregated, de-identified information drawn from our Benchmarks program may be shared in research publications, conference presentations, or member reports. Such information cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual or institution.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Member account data is retained for the duration of membership and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure, however, and we cannot warrant absolute security.

PAC is based in the United States, and our servers and service clinicians are primarily located in the United States. If you visit our website from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
