Brent leads PAC’s partnerships with member institutions as they develop tailored strategies and move toward effective execution. With an MBA from Emory University and a career dedicated to operational innovation, he specializes in building implementation pathways that drive sustainable impact—helping health systems achieve measurable improvements in scheduling, template optimization, and digital access. Brent began his patient access career at Emory Healthcare in 2002, where he led the consolidation and optimization of ambulatory call center and template management functions across the organization. In 2012, he transitioned to a national consulting focus, partnering with health systems to enhance patient access, throughput, and revenue performance. Since then, he has led more than 50 access optimization initiatives across 32 healthcare organizations, bringing a deep well of experience that bridges strategic planning with on-the-ground execution. As a connector between data and frontline teams, Brent translates complex challenges into scalable, actionable solutions. He is a trusted thought partner to PAC members committed to embedding access innovation into the core of their operations.
