Our Impact
Advancing Access, Together.
Patient Access Collaborative is a trusted community empowering leaders to elevate access.
Across health systems, leaders are working to solve many of the same challenges: balancing demand and capacity, improving the patient experience, designing more effective access models, and determining what actually works. The Collaborative brings those leaders together to share evidence, exchange ideas, and learn from one another.
Our impact is reflected in what members take back to their organizations: stronger relationships, practical knowledge, trusted evidence and tools, and new approaches to improving patient access.
Hear From Our Community
The Collaborative, in their words.
The best way to understand the impact of Patient Access Collaborative is to hear from the leaders who are part of it.
Members come together from health systems across the country to exchange ideas openly, learn from one another's experiences, and bring new perspectives and approaches back to their organizations.

Connect. Learn. Advance.
Connect leaders, evidence, and ideas to advance patient access.
The Collaborative creates a community where relationships, knowledge, and action reinforce one another. Members connect with leaders who understand the work, learn through shared knowledge, evidence, and tools, and advance patient access by turning that learning into measurable improvement.
CONNECT.
Build relationships and community.
Access leaders should not have to solve complex problems in isolation. The Collaborative creates meaningful relationships among leaders who understand the work and are navigating many of the same challenges.
Through the Annual Symposium, Access Strategy Summit, cohorts, YAPS, Virtual Networking Circles, the member listserv, Roadshows, and other opportunities to engage, members build a trusted network they can turn to for perspective, experience, and support.
The ability to connect with other health systems that are dealing with the same problems and find ways to work issues out.

Certifications, webinars, Access Insights, The Access Review, research publications, the All Access Pass podcast, Access Pearls, and other educational resources give members practical knowledge and tools designed specifically for the work of ambulatory access.

ADVANCE.
Turn learning into measurable improvement.
The value of connection and learning is realized when leaders translate what they know into meaningful change.
Through benchmarking and Access Compass, ROI calculators, Access Strategy Retreats, Learning Intensives, research collaboratives, onsite workshops, and the application of ideas shared throughout the community, the Collaborative helps leaders move from insight to action and advance access within their organizations.
Learning what organizations have had success with in tackling different challenges we are facing has allowed us to implement solutions at MUSC that have pushed our Access Journey forward.

A Community Built to Move Access Forward
No single health system has all the answers.
By connecting leaders, evidence, and ideas, Patient Access Collaborative creates a place where health systems can learn from one another, build on what works, and move the field forward together.
When that knowledge is brought back into organizations across the country, the impact extends beyond the Collaborative itself. It reaches the teams designing access, the clinicians delivering care, and ultimately the patients trying to reach it.
