Speakers:

● Kristen Fessler, Special Project Manager, University of South Florida Tampa General Physicians

● Chad Lofdahl, Director, Product Strategy, QGenda

“We need more space!” The University of South Florida Tampa General Physicians (USFTGP) heard this familiar cry as they looked to address patient access demands and organizational growth. Rather than rush to invest in additional real estate, they chose a strategic approach: dynamic exam room management, to help determine, “Is more clinical space truly necessary?” By leveraging accurate data in QGenda Capacity and Insights, USFTGP has been able to challenge the “illusion” of full utilization created by static room templates, uncovering unoccupied rooms as well as opportunities to optimize existing clinical space. With the implementation of a cross-functional Space Governance Committee, the organization is able to continuously analyze the data and make evidence-based decisions for sustainable growth. In this webinar, we’ll explore:

● How USFTGP is identifying available space opportunities to unlock hidden capacity within their existing clinical space

● The critical role access to accurate data plays in empowering conversations and, ultimately, smarter decisions around space allocation, provider scheduling, and resource optimization

● Actionable strategies you can apply to manage your own exam rooms more effectively Join us to discover how USFTGP’s innovative approach can serve as a model for your organization, helping you reduce waste, get more patients off the waitlist, and grow intentionally.
