Join us for our 2027 Virtual Access Center Conference on February 4, 2027 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm EST. This virtual event is the Patient Access Collaborative's most well-attended and popular educational session of the year!

Through this conference, you can engage with your colleagues from around the country to learn about access center management right from the convenience of your home or office. The conference is free for all PAC members, so why not join us for an amazing afternoon of education?

Nationally recognized access center experts will impart their knowledge of managing an access center to support the ambulatory enterprise. Perfect for all levels of management, this virtual conference is recommended for individuals seeking knowledge and solutions for a centralized contact center serving the ambulatory enterprise of a health system.

The virtual conference is free for Patient Access Collaborative members; $199 for non-members.

Attendees must be signed in to Zoom before joining the event. During the opening minutes of the session, participants will be asked to identify themselves by updating their display name to include their full name and health system affiliation. Participants may also provide this information through the chat, and a member of our team will update it on their behalf.

Attendees who cannot be identified may be contacted directly by the event moderator. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to maintain a secure environment for peer learning and discussion.
