Join us for our 2027 Virtual Access Center Conference on February 4, 2027 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm EST. This virtual event is the Patient Access Collaborative's most well-attended and popular educational session of the year!

The 10th Annual Virtual Access Center Conference brings together access center leaders for a focused look at innovation, training, scheduling, and operational excellence. Trish Hanley of UPMC will discuss reimagining patient scheduling, Mike Wasinski of the MetroHealth System will explore employee engagement, and Lorrie Buehler of Mayo Clinic will share strategies for optimizing knowledge management and workforce development. This virtual program is the perfect opportunity to gather your supervisors and managers in one room and enjoy an afternoon of practical education, peer learning, and fun door prizes. Free for all Patient Access Collaborative members.

The virtual conference is free for Patient Access Collaborative members; $199 for non-members.

Attendees must be signed in to Zoom before joining the event. During the opening minutes of the session, participants will be asked to identify themselves by updating their display name to include their full name and health system affiliation. Participants may also provide this information through the chat, and a member of our team will update it on their behalf.
