Community Circles Open House
Community Circles are a new, members-only benefit designed to help Patient Access Collaborative members build stronger relationships, collaborate across health systems, and grow personally and professionally. These small-group conversations are organized around people, not topics.

Join us for a brief Open House to learn how the Circles will work, what participation involves, and how members will be thoughtfully matched into small groups for meaningful connection over time.

Please note that these open houses will be offered on three different dates.  You only need to attend one.
