Join the Patient Access Collaborative for a half-day, in-person Roadshow dedicated to Ambulatory Capacity Management—a learning and networking experience designed exclusively for our members. Led by national experts Chris Profeta or Elizabeth Woodcock, this interactive program takes a deep dive into the strategies and structures that drive effective capacity management across the ambulatory enterprise.

Designed for ambulatory, access, and operational leaders seeking a more comprehensive strategy to manage provider capacity, the program explores how to measure and balance supply and demand, define and manage provider expectations, and design key operational metrics that illuminate performance and opportunity.

Through case studies and peer discussion, participants will examine capacity management team structures, centralization models, the fundamentals of template design, and the practical application of analytics to improve patient flow, clinician productivity, and timely access to care. More than a workshop, the PAC Roadshow offers a unique opportunity to connect with regional colleagues facing similar challenges and to share best practices that translate data into action and strategy into results.
